Alex came out around 9.30pm and was at the job within minutes of my call. A pipe was blocked and water was pouring out of the bathroom. Alex took time to investigate and didn't stop until the problem was located and fixed. Alex was clear and professional, talking my tenant through his actions. He has been communicative by text afterwards also, when dealing with billing and alike. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Very professional and very quick response to my initial phone call advising a leak in my plumbing. The engineer was on site in less than 30 minutes, identified the problems quickly and we scheduled a repair appointment and work was done expertly and informed throughout. 10/10 service and will use again for any future plumbing matters!
