Have been using Donachies for over 10 years now for gas safety checks and services. Have also recently had a boiler replaced by them. Competitive pricing. Easy to communicate with, couple of small issues with key returns over the years but otherwise no complaints and plan to continue using them for many years to come. Would not hesitate to recommend to others in Dundee and the surrounding area! Thanks to the whole team at Donachies - it is appreciated :)

Excellent experience. The guys that came round knew what they were doing and were super quick fixing the issues I had, and the bill was a very fair price. Went above and beyond and gave me some very useful maintenance advice as well. Will definitely be using this company again.

I highly recommend this company. I have been let down so many times by tradesmen but not Mr Donachie's company. I had a plumber lined up to fit my toilet as I had a leak coming from the toilet through to my kitchen but they didn't turn up, no txt or phone call to say they weren't coming. Mr Donachie sent out a plumber within a couple of days to my house, he turned up on time, was very polite and did a very good job. The young lady on the phone was very helpful. Such a professional company. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Found a small leak beneath my boiler while I was topping up the pressure. Phoned W.H. Donachie the next morning and they had someone out to fix it just a little after lunch. Chap was very friendly and explained what had happened in a clear and simple way for me to understand. Will definitely use again.
