Recently visited the clinic for my regular feet 'MOT'. David Cashley helped me with an ingrowing toenail a number of years ago and I have been entrusting the care of my feet to him since then. Very happy to recommend.

Have always received excellent service from David Cashley at this clinic. When I first visited the clinic, my feet were very painful when walking. The manipulation carried out on my feet transformed them - the treatment was excellent and completely worked.

I began receiving myofascial treatment from David in June, to treat my fibromyalgia. This was a new treatment which I had never tried before and I was unsure of its effectiveness the first few sessions because my symptoms exacerbated (which was to be expected), but after about 3 sessions I started to notice positive improvements and changes in my body. My mobility and flexibility improved which in turn improved my mood. Dave also recommended that I began exercising every day and this also made a huge difference. My pain and fatigue levels dropped and I am now able to do more than what I could when I first began the treatment. The fascia points in my body which were once totally rigid and extremely painful to touch, are now behaving much better and not painful to touch anymore which I am over the moon with. The treatment has allowed me to have more freedom over my health again and I feel a lot lighter than I did pre-treatment. Dave and his colleagues at the clinic are welcoming and friendly, and I recommend Active Health to others looking for support with their health.

Have been going to David for my Feet for many years now my feet 👣 are incredibly so much better since I started going. I don’t enjoy the pulling of my toes as I always feel tense but it’s made so much difference to my feet. I don’t know what I do without David. I would highly recommend David & his team if you have any problems with your feet. It maybe a long process but worth it to be able to walk properly again.
