I have recently been in contact with the staff at premier property management in relation to renting a property in dundee. josie has been helping me during this process. she has been extremely efficient and communication has been excellent with prompt replies. she has been helpful and supportive throughout answering all my questions. josie called me this morning to check that we were still available to view a property and i thought that was a nice touch. josie arrived early and welcomed us in. meeting josie today we all found her to be friendly and informative during the viewing showcasing the flat in a very positive way and pointing out some areas which are important when choosing a property eg bedrooms at the back offering quietness and large wardrobes for storage. also how the landlord likes to keep everything nice for his tennents. we found tall the information provided to be very helpful. on returning home josie messaged us and thanked us for coming and saying it was nice to meet us. overall josie has provided a professional and friendly service and carefully guiding me throughout this process. i look forward to continuing having this support from josie and engaging with her again soon.
