Most of our dealing are with Michelle, she is always polite and efficient and genuinely cares about their clients. The staff are all friendly but Michelle has been particularly friendly and helpful during both house searches, and always willing to offer other options if/when she feels I may not be qualified for a particular property, thereby making the entire process hassle- free. Responses to complaints about any faults in my apartment are always treated timely. Struan Baptie remains my go-to letting agents any day, any time.
