It’s been many years that sutherland management is looking after our property, and we couldn’t be happier because it took away a lot of pressure and responsibilities from us. allen is very experienced and with his team deals quickly with both regular maintenance of the flat and any issue that may arise last minute. we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Sutherland management were my letting agency from july 2020 until last month, and throughout that time i've had nothing but a positive experience. any necessary repairs/replacements were arranged promptly, and i was made aware of inspection visits well in advance and dates/times could be easily changed. in searching for a rental property, you'll no doubt hear a lot of horror stories about landlords and letting agents, but sutherland management were consistently helpful, responsive, and generally reassuring. i have no hesitation in recommending them as your future letting agent!

If you are looking to rent a property in dundee then sutherland management is by far the best company to do it with. i have rented from others in the past but i used sutherland management for one property for the past 7 years which i think speaks volumes in itself. allen and alex were always very professional and quick to respond if there was an issue (which thankfully there rarely was!). even as i was moving out they were very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. i cannot recommend them enough.
