Been renting out for over a year. the office and onsite staff have been amazing; friendly and communicative! services has also been great - swift and straightforward so issues are resolved quickly. rooms/ facilities are also kept neat - great prices and very close to the uni and other shops! :)

We have been renting through westport property for just under a year now and have been really pleased with the service they have provided. staff member shona made accommodations to meet us out with the office hours due to us travelling from out of town for a viewing at short notice. della has also made many accommodations to ensure we get a high quality service any time we have had any issues or concerns with our rental property. any problems we have occurred with the property have been addressed in a timely and professional manner and we are always kept up to date with any maintenance or safety checks that are required to be carried out with the option of flexibility to accommodate our work schedules.

Recently dealt with della and jane regarding our rental application. smooth process, friendly staff and we are excited to move in!

My experience with westport property is an amazing one. being an international student without any rental history, referee and guarantor in the uk made it difficult to fulfill some criteria before securing a house but with westport it was different. i met della and she was very helpful. it’s been a year now and i am enjoying my stay. they reply my messages promptly and act swiftly. nice and welcoming staff. i would recommend them anytime. 😊

I applied for a student accommodation, which was quickly handled by them. della was very professional in handling my moving procedures (and patient). while checking in, sheila was always helping and has continued to do so ever since in a friendly manner. overall it is a very professional service that works smoothly.
