Knowledgable and good prices. got booked up for a lads holiday earlier in the yr and the lassie serving knew her stuff and was even able to recommend bars etc out there.
Over the last 2 years i have been a pain for hays staff, adding extra people to a booking, removing people.from bookings, cancellations, changing holidays destinations. the staff have always been great with us and we've have a laugh. maybe different conversation between them when i've gone but still 5 star in my eyes
