I only visited the clinic one for a check-up for my cat. it was likely the best experience i've ever had at a vet, from the moment i called to the moment i left. receptionists, vet, and spaces were all amazing. again, one-off experience, but i am very satisfied.
My collie has no anxiety about visiting the vet. they are all kind and friendly. they are also very professional and took great care of him when he required surgery.
I actually can not fault this vet. i had the most devastating news about my kitten and they were compassionate and sympathetic to me. talked me threw everything that was happening. the reception ladies were so kind and caring. thanks for looking after my boy.
