Vets Now Dundee

Great clinical care for our emergency visit. There was a big delay due to two emergencies that came in, but kept up to date and explanation of management plan. We were referred on to vet hospital and this was done efficiently and well explained. Very grateful!

This is the first time I’ve used the emergency vets service and it was exceptional from start to finish. The initial consultation costs were explained during the call and directions were given where to attend and I received text updating me and letting me know that I was expected and how to gain access. The gentleman then lady on the phone were very nice and the appointment was arranged very quickly. Once there the nurses were lovely, caring and gentle as was the vet who spoke to us taking us through what they’d found on examination and what they wanted to do further. The further costs were explained by the vet then and agreement sought. I found the vet to be very knowledgable and thoughtful. At every step I’d been asked the background to my dog becoming ill and the possibilities had been discussed. She was treated swiftly and was clearly a little better than before when I got her home. I was advised if she didn’t improve within a couple of days what the next steps would be and assured that if I was still concerned overnight I should bring her back. I was assured that my usual vet would be informed and a report sent to them. The lady on the reception was lovely too and very helpful. I can recommend the service as exceptional, easy to use, action was swift, I was kept informed at all times and I was never kept waiting without knowing what was happening for long. Very reassuring and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My dog became unwell and required surgery over the weekend. Vetsnow did a fantastic job of looking after him and he was able to come home the following day as they thought he’d be happier at home while he recovered. Vet surgeons who I spoke to great, really informative and were reassuring but did highlight risks of the condition my dog faces. But can happily say he’s recovering very well and very happy to be home Only downside I felt was phoning during the evening for an update, the vet nurse I spoke to couldn’t usher me off the phone quick enough, I fully appreciate they had other cases to attend to and it’s OOH and emergency but it’s not great when you’re beside yourself with worry over your pets health and all sorts of scenarios running through your head and you get short, brief answers and just feeling of wanting to engage with you. It’s not cheap, make sure you have insurance!!

Could not thank vets now enough. They were brilliant with my pet over the weekend. Staff were very friendly and very professional. seen to my pets accident quickly. Thank you again

We travelled an hour with our cat and when we arrived they had all our details and we were offered a cuppa which was very welcome indeed. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly, kept us up to date on how they were doing as they were busy and cover a very wide area out of normal working hours. I wish they were closer, I’d use them as my regular vets.
