I absolutely loved my first pregnancy yoga class tonight with patricia at heart space. what an absolutely beautiful space and real community feel. i have booked in for twice weekly sessions and so glad to have found this little haven.
This is a very friendly, welcoming studio. if you start showing up with any regularity, many of the instructors and staff will quickly learn your name--it's my favorite thing about the place.
Great facility with such a great mix of classes. all staff have been super welcoming and everything has been suitable for beginners. lovely place, would definitely recommend!
Heart space yoga studio is a place i highly recommend for everyone. the teachers are wonderful.there are a range of classes one can choose from according to one’s needs. and, there is certainly something for everyone. no matter how my day went before the class, i always leave the studio feeling refreshed, energetic, motivated and with loads of positivity. heartfelt thanks to the wonderful teachers! love and light. namaste🙏🏻
My daughter loves going to heart space yoga, never wants to miss her sessions. finlay and alan are amazing, everything is so well-organised. place gives out lots of positive vibes. kudos to the staff members.
