Very pleased with vicki's classes. always felt so relaxed and positive after. she is such a lovely girl.
Having been in a car crash in early pregnancy which has caused pain this class has been amazing. the pregnancy yoga has helped to alleviate me of back and rib pain. it also is a special time which washes all stress away and makes you feel so relaxed and positive about everything. gill has been amazing at showing different movements to help with all stages of pregnancy and different levels of flexibility. highly recommend to any mums to be.
I adored pregnancy yoga with vicki! monday evening quickly became my favourite part of the week! an incredible, warm, relaxing atmosphere was always awaiting us. there was never any pressure, you do as much or as little as you feel like. would highly recommend to everyone!
I loved coming to vicki's pregnancy classes when i was expecting my little one. it really helped me cope with the terrible morning sickness and i looked forward to the class every week! it was so different to other yoga classes i had previously tried with the relaxing music, twinkly lights and gorgeous aromatherapy. in fact, i loved it so much that i have gone on to complete yoga teacher training and am now part of the mind body soul yoga teaching team!
I joined vicki's pregnancy yoga classes previously and as i was new to yoga, was unsure about how i'd manage. i knew maintaining some fitness during pregnancy was important to me and when i met vicki she was very friendly and welcoming - always answering queries i had or offering adaptations to yoga poses to help as my pregnancy progressed. vicki's classes were always relaxed and very chilled; i loved them throughout my pregnancy and looked forward to them every week - i would highly recommend these classes to anyone considering pregnancy yoga.
