Andrew diagnosed the problem of my laptop very quickly, and was extremely patient in his work. He worked hard to find a solution to the problem, explaining each step to me as he went along so that I could comprehend the situation. Called in today as my lap top wouldn't open office and kept trying to open Microsoft 365 which i don’t have etc. After a lot of effort office was restored and a new SS hard drive cloned and installed. Lap top now better than new and works !! Good service at reasonable charge for work done- thanks
