Excellent place to learn a new skill and get fit. total body workout that all ages and abilities can enjoy. instructors and other learners are fabulous and very welcoming.
Brilliant. my friend and i had a private class here today. it was great fun, very energetic and a good core workout. very well taught and bespoke to our needs. lovely little venue too..... my kids have also been going seperatley and they love it as well.. thank you.
