Had an extractor fan fitted by Nikos. Was very professional and tidy, covering all of my surfaces and offering to put coverings on his shoes before he came in. The plasterboard was hollow where he was drilling so he drilled slowly to make sure nothing chipped away. Overall very good job and would definitely recommend.
