Rang for a quote for fence posts, wouldnt give it over the phone, needed to see the job. Came when he said he would. Gave me a good price, told me he was busy but would have it done within 2 weeks, came and did the job within a week when we were out, like he said he would. Firstly class job. Chuffed to bits. Totally recommend.
