Customer service is lacking. Basic greetings and courtesy are of little display by staff. Customer service training should taught by management.
The staff lacks customer service basic courtesy. Speaking with other members while overlooking others. Their task should demand they treat all people at the club with professional courtesy.
I'm enjoying spending time at the pool this summer. Unfortunately, we lost several weeks due to the pump being repaired. The staff at the cabana are great! The menu has many options for snacks and food and even adult beverages.
