This gym is by far the best gym i have ever worked out in. its huge with a cardio area upstairs including a boxing area with state of the art equipment. as a female i was uncomfortable in other gyms but i feel at home here!
The best gym in the north-east and possibly the north of england. visited for a weekend session while brother in law was up visiting. top quality equipment that you will not get in the regular gyms. all types of shakes and snack available …
