Used them for 30+ years, very friendly and helpful, a phone call goes straight through to a person, no press 1 for this and 2 for that, and when I forget to renew my insurance they call me a few days before to check I'm covered elsewhere or, more likely, I'd forgotten to renew it, highly recommend
