I paid a visit to Durham Foot Care several weeks ago. My job involves a lot of walking, normally around 40,000 steps a day whilst wearing safety boots. For a long time I'd been experiencing a lot of pain, mainly on the balls of my feet. After getting some treatment and advice the difference is amazing. Definitely money well spent.
