Hays Travel Durham

Phoned the store today to ask for advise on a general travel question and because we didn’t book through Hays Travel they told us they couldn’t help and we had to go contact the company we booked through. Not very helpful.

They founds us an excellent deal for Christmas, and could not have been more friendly or helpful 👍 …
