O2 Shop London - Ealing

I was really unhappy that I had to go to a physical O2 store, due to the incompetence of the online team, but Zahra in the Ealing Broadway store was an angel. She was so helpful and showed great customer service skills, and empathy. Managers, make sure that you hold on to her!
