The optician i saw, roxanna, was very professional and actively listened to me. she explained everything well. nidhi looked after me before and after my appointment and she was the right mix of friendly and professional, and helped me to pick out some new frames. i'm looking forward to getting my new glasses just after christmas.
We were looked after so well. the staff were all extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. communication with us and between the staff was clear and accurate. our old glasses were cleaned and tightened and we were given new cases free of charge. i was given good advice when choosing new glasses.
