Josh is just the nicest guy. But, apart from that, he does outstanding work, too. He's always on time and his prices are very reasonable. He sends a text every few months letting you know he'll be coming to clean your windows, and you can obviously rearrange with him if the time doesn't suit. I would highly recommend him.
