Bought a new MG3 at Maple. Reasonable deal for the car. Unfortunately we encountered a few problems and Maple’s response and customer service afterwards was poor They were happy to take our money for a new car but were no help whatsoever afterwards when things went wrong with the car. I’ll never use this place again. I’ll ignore your reply like you did me.

Well what can I say!!! We have just experienced the best handover for a new car that we have ever had ( and I’ve a few over the years) Josh, you are a credit to Maple Garage. Nothing was too much trouble for him he explained everything to us and answered all our questions and more. We will definitely be coming to see you again. Thank you for all you have done Josh. Been back FROM KENT to Maple Garage, again today customer service absolutely 2nd to none... Nothing too much trouble, good old fashioned service, friendly, kind, and amazing attention to detail. Will be travelling up and getting our upgrade vehicle from this dealership when our Tivoli is ready to change. Give them a visit you will not regret it.

If you don't want to read the long positive review below let me just say "If you are buying a motor home, you will not find better service 'anywhere' than here at Maple!!" This was our second Motor home purchase from the guys at Maple as due to back problems we decided that we needed to switch to a fixed bed model. It is really difficult to know where to begin. Perhaps we can begin with something we can actually quantify. On both visits we were offered a really good price for the vans we were trading in, (We did get some ridiculously low quotes from other well known places) and no, their own prices weren't inflated to compensate for this. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, they know how to give you space to look and explore, but are willing to give you as much help and time as you need in answering questions. Our recent visit was to look at a van that we thought was very much a wild card and we said so when we called, but Josh cancelled an appointment and stayed back anyway to help us. Having traipsed around other well know dealers for a day, when we walked back in to Maple it felt like coming home. The warmth, friendliness and genuine interest in you as customers is refreshing - never overbearing and always accompanied by a level of honesty and professionalism that we very much appreciate. Communication is excellent, and when things beyond their control throw a small spanner in the works they look for the best possible work around for you. If you are still reading, well done! Seriously we could go on all day about the two hugely positive experiences we have had with these guys - but we'll end with a HUGE THANK YOU to Josh & James (& Phil for our first visit) we were so pleased to be able to deal with you again, and we absolutely love the van!!!!!
