I am in the process of buying a buy to let investment property with beercocks. everything is progressing in a professional and competent way. i was shown around by kim who was very friendly and professional. i am being kept up to date by jessica who today has issued my memorandum of sale. from viewing to issue of memorandum of sale has only taken 4 days and 2 of those days were the weekend. jessica presented my offer to the vendor and obtained a quick response and once my offer had been accepted by the vendor she cancelled 9 viewings. i look forward to completion on the property. everything is less stressful when the ea does a good job.
