Hartley Landscapes and Fencing

Tony gave a very reasonable quote and arrived on schedule. He worked without stopping during horrendous rain and wind taking great care not to damage a very sodden lawn. For nearly 3 weeks he battled on through the rain and never gave up. He removed shrubs long since past their best due to last years hot weather all with huge root balls along a 50m length and replaced the fence. He then created a compacted gravel border and in it replaced the old shrubs with new evergreens. Finally he returfed areas of lawn long since killed by the old over growing shrubs. What a great difference and how refreshing to find a contractor who takes great pride in doing a good job. Would heartily recommend John Barnes 28/11/19

Tony came and quoted for a rear fence comprising concrete posts, gravel boards and panels. The price quoted was very competitive and the quality of materials and workmanship was top drawer. I would have no hesitation re-employing Tony or recommending him to others.

My mother-in-law needed new fencing. Were given several estimates depending upon amount of work required. All very reasonable. When booking the appointment we were told it would be a few weeks as very busy. Absolutely no problem because that means he does a great job! Results absolutely amazing! Would recommend in a heartbeat !

I'm pleased to say as of AUG 2021, I now have an amazing looking garden and it only took 4 and a half days! The job was to remove old pavers and replace with new pavers, synthetic grass and a couple of gravelled area. Tony Hartley was brilliant; started the job exactly when he said he would and continued to work on it until completely finished (no other "urgent" jobs he had to go to during the time he worked on my garden)! The materials he provided i.e. pavers, gravel and synthetic grass were obviously of high quality standard and these were "fitted" meticulously. Tony is a very tidy worker and when the job was completed all mess was cleared away and you couldn't even tell that such a huge job had been done! I would certainly recommend Hartley Landscapes as an excellent choice should you require any landscape work.
