Caremark Hull and East Riding

Caremark have been my lifesaver, really caring staff who always come to me on time. No chores are too big of a job. Carers go above and beyond for me. Always have a smile on there faces. I look forward to them coming to my home. They are professional and make me laugh even when I'm feeling down. They lift my spirit and brighten my darkest days.

Caremark cared for my nana before she passed away to come in and provide assistance with personal care they are an absolutely fantastic team! My nana could be quite difficult when being asked to do something especially with the stage of dementia she had and the type of woman she was she was very stubborn but the carers were very skilled with dementia and they connected with her and formed a very close bond which my nana opened up to I’m very grateful for the support that Caremark gave us when we needed it most I would 100% recommend Caremark to anyone

This company looked after my father-in-law for many years up to his recent death. The care he received was superb, they often went over and above what one would expect. They enabled him to stay in his own home right until the end. They had to cope with some difficult situations and would always ring me if they found something untoward. They found him entertaining though challenging at times

We will not be the only people in urgent need of providing care for a loved one when all the health service can offer are half promises that they might at some stage be able to help. As good fortune would have it on the day that we were faced with that problem a leaflet from Caremark dropped through our letter box. Within three hours of making the initial telephone enquiry overnight care was arranged as from that same night with the minimum of formalities to go through. Many thanks to Valentine for the wonderful care he provided and to Caremark for making it happen so easily.

Caremark made my life easier. Working there has given me a lot of experience and confidence. I love meeting new people, I love the job. Providing quality care is our mission. Leaving someone satisfied is our aim. Making someone smile is the task of the day. Keep up the good work Caremark. xx
