Helping Hands Home Care Beverley

I started working for helping hands Beverley about a month ago with no previous care experience. The office staff and other carers have been amazing helping me with training to allow me to become a good carer. Theres always some one I can contact if I have any questions. The company has been great accommodating hours to work around my family and home life.

I have been a carer for Helping Hands for almost a year now, and couldn't recommend this Company highly enough.Their attention to detail is second to non, and from a managerial side I couldn't ask for a better, or more understanding set of office staff. Their help and support in the background enables us to be the best carers for our customers, that we can be. Which means peace of mind for us out in the Community, and even more importantly peace of mind for our customers and their friends and family. Whether you are looking for a new career change,or feel the need for more support for a loved one, I would recommend Helping Hands 100%.

I have worked for helping hands for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say it's an amazing place to work. We have fantastic support from the office team who are always there for any issues we may face or just for a cup of tea and a chat! I have worked for Helping Hands for over a year now and I have recently been promoted to the Branch Manager for Beverley. Deciding to work for Helping Hands is the best change I made, I am very supported by the senior team and my own team within the branch are fantastic. There is always room for progression within the company which I really like. I have worked in healthcare for over 10years for numerous care providers and I can honestly say Helping Hands is by far the best company I have worked for.

I have been working for Helping hands for only 4/5 months, however I did work here 1 year prior to this. I have worked for many different care companies and I can honestly say, Helping Hands is the one I love the most. There is never a dull moment where I don’t ever want to get up for work, the customers, my colleagues and the office staff are like my second family. I came over to helping hands whilst also at Universiry and I thought it was going to be a struggle working as well as studying at the same time, however the office staff are very flexible with your other life style commitments and they will help out as much as they can to make you happy. I wouldn’t ever look back on my career as a care worker as I love to help customers on a daily basis. I love the whole of helping hands & the customers I currently provide care for.
