Wharram Percy Medieval Village

Interesting historical site with information boards and well-kept grounds. Note the car park is a little distance and the path can be muddy. Also it is necessary to pay for the car parking now via text so don't forget (small official English Heritage sigh in the car park which it is easy to miss). £2.

Nice place and very interesting visit. Very muddy when wet..boots are in order....a couple of hours including the approx 1km there and back, will do it. The history behind it is amazing
