love this shop, been and bought our cocker spaniel another bed , his 3rd now of same , and worth the money, cozy & keeps him warm, he jumped straight in, he loves it :) and cannot leave without buying another Teddy haha , staff very helpful
Went in today to purchase 2 rats, after hearing some not great reviews about rats purchased from pets at home we spoke to the staff and asked if they could get them out to see how friendly and comfortable they were etc, we were passed over …
First of all watched a women drop and kill a fish, then waited 45 minutes nephew picked a fish we was asked who was next and we said us then they proceeded to leave us 15 minutes before we asked when will be served then we was told they was not selling fish anymore. DISGUSTING please see photo of dropped fish left in a brown bag.
