Sue has to be the most brilliant person I've ever met in Hull and I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me. My chain wasn't the easiest to navigate, but Sue is wonderfully relentless in her persuit of fantastic customer service and chased not only my solicitors and my sellers solicitors (who she was acting in behalf of), she chased other estate agents within the chain. She rang me on a weekly basis to keep me informed and made everything a lot more simple than it would have been without her. I wish my house sale fee was going to her instead of my own estate agents, because she really does deserve it for her outstanding work ethic and her wonderful personality. Thank you Sue.
