We rented with YLD in one property for 2 years. We began renting with them in September 2020, and even though this was during the midst of Covid, everything was still straight forward and easy enough, including key collection. Any issues were always sorted out in a timely and efficient manner, even despite constant changes government guidelines with Covid throughout our tenancy.
