I’ve been attending the express yoga classes for a few weeks now and can say i am absolutely loving it. such a calming, clean and well equipped space and a very lovely teacher! i can highly recommend these classes to anyone fancying a lunchtime break away from busy life.
Really welcoming and friendly yoga class. i like that the routines are slightly different from week to week and that cass is accommodating to differing abilities. always look forward to going!
Took my 1 year old toddler to this ‘bring your baby’ adult yoga class, she loved it! the studio is relaxed & warm, there were toys set out to entertain my little girl - who toddled around whilst i did proper yoga 🧘♀️ the instructor cass is so helpful, looking forward to going again! …
