Towner Eastbourne

Fabulous gallery, not huge but a nice space. The shop had some great gifts. Cafe was stylish but didn’t have time to pop in. There was a ceramics market when I was there which was excellent.

I really loved my visit to the Towner. The exhibition was very well organised and displayed (Barbara Hepworth), the lift up was ginormous and so we're the scones in the Cornish Cream Tea (very appropriate at a Hepworth exhibition).

Went for the Turner Prize show which was free entry. Enjoyed Jesse Darling's sculptures and Barbara Walker's drawings the most. There is also a great room with wonderful Eric Ravilious originals of local landscapes and a large Grayson Perry …
