I ordered online and one of the items ordered was out of stock. They asked me if I wanted a refund on all items or if I was happy to be sent all remaining items. I opted for a refund which was done extremely quickly. They then send me an email as soon as the product was back in stock. Very happy with the customer service. Thank you.
