Been served a lovely gentleman. He was so so helpful and so lovely.went to upgrade my iPhone. First time I was served by someone so nice in o2. Didn’t catch his name but he has a beard :) so so lovely ! Thank you for your great help.

went it to ask if they could set a new honor phone back to factory settings which they did.They were very helpful .
