Peter Gurney surveyed a potential house to buy on 28th January 2025. We were very pleased with the appointment date and timing. The survey arrived within the expected date and we found the report to be very detailed, including responses to our specific questions regarding the property in question. There were some good insights offered, and generally, the report seemed very well balanced - meaning - all the scope of any good and bad features were highlighted as far as he was able to safely see or inspect. The service was first class with a thoroughly detailed survey. Which was excellently laid out. It was excellent that Mike Warren the surveyor was so kind and helpful to then review the report over the phone. This then enabled a full picture of what was required for the property. Best surveyors I have ever used.

Booked a level 2 homebuyer survey and was able to arrange within a few days which was much quicker than I was offered from other companies. Report was thorough and sent through within a few days. Communication was also very good and I was kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend.
