The service was first class with a thoroughly detailed survey. which was excellently laid out. it was excellent that mike warren the surveyor was so kind and helpful to then review the report over the phone. this then enabled a full picture of what was required for the property. best surveyors i have ever used.
Booked a level 2 homebuyer survey and was able to arrange within a few days which was much quicker than i was offered from other companies. report was thorough and sent through within a few days. communication was also very good and i was kept updated throughout. would highly recommend.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend bartley west! they had one of the shortest lead times when we were making comparisons, and even then managed to bring our survey forward after a cancellation, meaning we had our survey done within a week. …
