It's quick and easy especially with their cash machine thing, and everyone there is wonderful but damn did i wish they were open longer a lot of the time it doesn't suit my personal time.
I have been with halifax for years and rare i get bad service. it annoys me though when staff encourage you to use the app or online banking, if it wasn't for people like me wanting to talk to a human they would be out of work.
The eastleigh branch of the halifax are fantastic, super helpful, very friendly, understanding of physical and mental health needs and help customers who have difficulties. …
