Bought a radio, arrived well packed, sadly missing the acc's, quick call and a refund was made, Then next day the missing items arrived special delivery. I would say that was pretty good service and credit is due to the staff

Really friendly staff, had a problem with a faulty ps3 controller but store dealt with it really quickly. Would definitely use again.

Really helpful staff who were able to answer any queries I had. Product knowledge was superb especially from the manager Lewis. Could not have asked for a better customer service. Will certainly be using these guys going forward. Thank you once again
