My whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. very friendly and professional staff. the end result is even better - i can now work on my laptop with feeling very uncomfortable.
A very professional team of people delivering a good value high quality product. clear, incisive advice. no pressure and very straightforward transparent pricing. i would thoroughly recommend the "enhanced" eye test. it added £10 to my bill, but is a technological marvel.
Had a great experience yesterday with extremely helpful staff. james was so polite, informative and professional. he answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. likewise optometrist jasmine showed the same courtesy. she listened, gave me ample time to ask questions and made me feel valued.
