Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Eastleigh

The eye test process and the test itself is very streamlined but cannot say the same with respect to others. The lady showing us the frames was not remotely interested in selling or advising.. we left without buying due to the same taking just the prescription..

I just wanted to share my rating because I don’t think customer service can get better than what I experienced. All staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I also wanted to commend Kelly who was absolutely fantastic and a true credit to Specsavers.
