I contacted Andrew to get a building warrant for my flat in order to convert a box room in a ensuite bathroom. He handled the whole process for me and answered all my questions. When the council issued the warrant with the incorrect flat number, he was able to get that rectified very quickly. I would be happy to use them again for future projects
