Mimi's Little Bakehouse - Royal Mile

Really nice cafe and bakery along the royal mile of Edinburgh. The food is really fresh and tasty. I had the fruit scone which was glorious (on picture). Coffee is generally good but there is space for improvement. The negative point is that the seating is really limited and they have no bathroom. Still worth a visit!

Nice cafe to have a break, coffee is good, service is very nice however the deserts were not that special and tables were not very comfy

I went there simply to get a cupcake for my birthday, but they lighted a candle and sang happy birthday for me turning the whole experience on the sweetest core memory. It’s a tiny magical place, their cupcakes are a delight and the coffee is amazing! The staff were always kind and helpful with everyone that came in. I wish I could give more stars 🥹

Great place for delicious bakery items Bought the sticky toffee cupcake (very tasty but could do with less frosting on the top) Got also a fruit scone which was nice, light texture but would have loved more raisins inside. Got a cappuccino which was perfect Overall, definitely a good place to have some delicious sugary food

Wonderful little cafe in the heart of the city! We stopped here for a coffee and a scone. It was our first time trying out a scone in Scotland and it did not disappoint. They warmed up the scone (cheddar/olive) and brought it out with a side of butter. We thought it was delicious! The cappuccino was also delicious as it was smooth and not bitter at all. I highly recommend everyone pay a visit to this location!
