Ruffians Edinburgh

I love the aesthetic of the place. staff are always friendly and welcoming. i’ve been going here since the place opened and i’ve never left, stewart works wonders with my hair. i always leave felling like a new person!

I've been waiting ages to try ruffians so when i had a business trip near their edinburgh location i couldn't resist. laura and team are amazing, she sorted my last haircut out and left me with one of the best haircuts i've ever had! highly recommended, can't wait to go back.

First time customer and was impressed very much by craig. he listened to my requirements, made suggestions but did not force anything and i felt very comfortable. enjoyed the chat and the beer and very happy with the cut. overall a premium experience.

I'm visiting edinburgh, dropped in today for a much needed cut and i'm happy to report it was easily one of the best haircuts i've ever had. craig is a super friendly guy and is truly an artist when it comes to cutting hair. he really has a passion for it and it shows. he explains what he's doing and why every step of the way. also just a fun guy and easy to talk to. when i left my appointment and saw my reflection in a shop window i actually said out loud "damn, this is a great f*****g haircut!" if i lived in edinburgh, i would 100% be a regular customer. thanks craig!

Great experience!!! first time in a more upmarket barbers, never paid more than £15 for a haircut but i will 100% be back. thoroughly enjoyed my time there, complimentary drink upon arrival, friendly staff, relaxing hair wash followed by a scalp massage was something i had never experienced and now there's no looking back. i got my hair cut by ellen, and she was amazing. bright, happy, chatty and really easy to talk to. i wasn't overly sure what i wanted when i went in and she gave me some suggestions, and by the end i left with probably the best haircut i've had! it's a week later and it's still sitting great and seems like it will grow into a much better shape (growing it out). highly recommend :d see you all again in a couple months
