Dannii done my treatment. can honestly say it was by far the best massage and facial iv ever had done! she was thorough and polite through the whole process. i own a hair salon and if i had staff like this young lady i would be so proud to have her hard working and pleasantness on my team. she is a credit to alva street.

Three stars for the warmth of the girls and the salon being well appointed and clean. unfortunately, the nail job i received was very poor, especially considering the 50£ price. the manicurist took her time washing my hands and was very pleasant to talk to, but her technique was imprecise, and her tools were not sharp enough for her to do a good job- the shape and length was inconsistent, and she left most of my cuticles behind, applying gel on top of the dried cuticles meaning by day 3 of my manicure the gel started to peel off from the base. my advice to management is to invest in training your nail techs and equipping them with better tools because they are lovely girls with tons of potential but they are not delivering a quality service.

Easy to get to location and lovely staff. receptionist is very helpful and patient. waxing service was good, but i will not be coming back as its quite pricey for what it is. also the facilities could do with a little more cleaning sorry:(

This was my first visit to sleeping beauty and i had the pick & mix beauty treatment. i opted for massage and facial treatments. the massage was exactly the right pressure and very relaxing. the facial was the best facial i have experienced. danielle was very pleasant, very professional and very good at what she does. i will definitely be back.

Lovely salon and staff are super friendly and welcoming. my nails were in a bit of a mess from getting acrylics at a different salon and they were able to revive them and make them pretty again. lu was very kind and professional and even showed me the massage rooms downstairs which has encouraged me to want to look into booking a massage. thank you girls x
