The guys from Project Bike Ride gave us an unforgettable and uncomplicated start and finish of our gravelbike trip in Scotland. Without hesitation, they allowed us to store the bike bags with them. In addition, we were able to assemble and disassemble the bikes in peace with delicious coffee and classic English black tea. For questions about technical issues and gravel routes in Scotland, they were the best contacts. We even adjusted our route at short notice to their tips. We had an unforgettable trip and not least because of their unique insider tips. We can highly recommend Project Bike Ride to anyone who has questions about bicycles, technical problems or is not quite sure where to go on the bike within Scotland. Got my new Hunt wheels from the shop through CtW. The guys offered to set the wheels with the tyres and discs, tubeless. They did an excellent job, i had no mechanicals on a tough gravel race where i tried the new wheels, while people had to give up due to punctures, etc. Cant recommend them enough and they have definitely earned a return customer as well.

We rented surly ghost grappler‘s for a 10 day trip out of Edinburgh, and up to the Cairngorms. The guys at projectride set us up in every way possible. They swapped out stems, raised saddles, installed pedals, and gave us great advice about our route. The bikes were in great shape. We have no mechanicals or any problems at all during our trip. They were really helpful and generous with their time and gear. A really great experience, would recommend them highly!

Friendly, welcoming and 100% great customer service. After my poor experience with another local bike shop, I rocked up to Project Bike with my Trek hybrid womens specific 2010 hoping she would get the attention she deserved. She did. The guys stripped her right back, tended to a heap of issues that were missed through her normal 2 yearly services. Cleaned her and put her back together and then I took her out on a 53 mile bike ride and she went like a dream. Project Bike feels like a wee home from a home. Best bike hospital that I know of right now. Thank you guys x

The staff at ProjektRide were a huge help to me when I was looking to purchase a second hand bike. Their customer service is impeccable but in a really relaxed manner. They showed me a couple of different options closely suited to what I was looking for, and let me have multiple test rides over two days to make my decision. They were so patient, friendly and generous with their knowledge, which I hugely appreciated as a this was my first bike purchase (I had a lot of questions). Will definitely be returning to them for a tune up and service as they gave such good service. Think they’ve gained my partner as a new customer too, for future bike servicing, as he was so impressed with them and the overall atmosphere. Rosie the dog is the cute cherry on top! Enjoyed a lovely snuggle with her ☺️
