Brought my Mercedes to ECS and received amazing customer service from the start. Amber was incredibly helpful and kind. I explained that was a fault showing on my dashboard but I had issues getting the correct diagnosis at other car garages. Within 10 minutes Adam the mechanic was checking over my car with the diagnostic computer and he was able to pinpoint the issue to the throttle valve. I dropped my car off that night, and collected it the following morning. The customer service was fantastic, for they knew that I urgently needed my car back as soon as possible and they were super kind (and generous with their time) to accommodate me. Huge thanks, I will certainly be recommending ECS to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The words are not enough to thank this great people! From the 1st call,even if they been fully booked they took me in with the van urgent issue, the staff is super friendly and hard working. The beautiful lady from reception she went above and beyond to have the car part delivered. The mechanic was also a super star very patient and super fast. I highly recommend this service as the top of ones i ever been! Once again, thank you for doing your absolutely best to help us get safely back home! A bunch of stars and best wishes to you all!

Very happy with the work carried out on my car. I felt very looked after notably by Amber - she was very professional and patient. Her communication with me was excellent and she really went out of her way to ensure the correct parts got ordered and the work got completed on time (giving me constant updates etc), even though they were all mega busy and my car is pushing on 23 year old😅. All round excellent and speedy customer service. Very happy customer and will happily use them again in the future. Good job folks!
