Had someone come in today in the morning and clean my wool rug from odor and some stains. Came on time and did the job very quickly and great! Removed most of the stains and rug smells so fresh and clean! Thank you so much for a great service. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Richard came to our rescue after the guys who replaced our windows made quite a mess of our carpet, and tried (failed) to clean it using a highly toxic (and useless) substance. The smell was horrendous (causing headaches) so we needed help quickly. Richard arrived the very next day after my call to him, and given we didn't know exactly what the product was that had been used, he was careful to make sure we understood that he couldn't guarantee results. However, he exceeded all expectations and has sorted out all the stains and left the carpet looking better than ever! The smell has also gone - big relief. He was friendly, courteous and professional and I paid what feels like a fair price for this work. I'd definitely recommend him.
