Adam first treated me 4 years ago, i was suffering from intense migraines which caused my back and neck muscles to tense in agony. since then, i've been a regular client and i can't express the change i've experienced! the adjustments bring great relief, and adam takes care to explain the what and why of how it's caused as well. he has a holistic view, so i've been able to change wee things to help prevent tension build up! i'm thrilled he now has his own practice, and would highly recommend anyone who has aches of pains...or finds that a deep tissue massage just isn't cutting it gives adam a call!!

I go to adam as i trust him to make a thorough assessment and analysis. i’m a physiotherapist with a lot of experience and have some complex neuromusculo-skeletal pain, so adam’s detailed approach is essential to me. hyper-mobility can make adjustments difficult when structures next to a stiff joint move so freely but he blocks movement in nearby structures so as to only mobilise what was stiff. his clinical reasoning is great, not to mention holistic and his treatment approach always improves my pain or movement or both. gréât value for money (he doesn’t charge enough). highly recommend.

Adam has been treating my lower back pain and has worked wonders. i am so pleased, that a friend recommended him to me. he is very good at explaining the treatment step by step and i would most definitely recommend him.

I can’t praise adam enough for helping me with my recent injuries. i live a pretty active life training 5 times a week so picking up injuries is part of the course. however my injury i think stemmed back from many years ago from my service in the army as well as my posture too which adam assisted greatly with. i had around 4 sessions with adam over the course of 2 months.. each session adam was very professional and clear of what he was going to do. my neck/back and knees are doing sooo much better which i can’t thank adam enough!! lovely open consultation studio with lots of light.. very clean and tidy. the value for money i think is so worth it. i thoroughly recommend this chiropractor.
